  • Development of a club “business card”: Mark Smith will check quote--design updates next meeting

  • Membership drive: members- applications to bike shops (Gene); Club schedules to shops; club info sheet to fitness clubs- -Check into putting club activities in newspaper (meetings, rides, beginner rides, etc)

  • New club jersey development: Bob Goebel-bring samples to next mtg-select/suggested submit to Velo-club to select from designs then submit to Velo for work up

  • Webpage package review-Brian Rollins-check for best value deal (current hosting or Go Daddy)- -Will have comparisons at next meeti

  • LVBC/Tailwinds joint club rides- Suggested joint ride (Sundays 11,or 18 July)- - Checking on joint club ride with Tailwinds on Sunday, 5 Sep, Los Alamos 50 miler-watch for updates

  • Saturday Beginner Rides: Bob Goebel, Bob Grant—next beginner ride 21 Aug, Southside café, Surf Beach ride

  • Joint beginner ride w/spin class (pending)

  • Bicycles Unlimited website (bicyclesunlimitedlompoc.com)-web specials, bikes, service, accessories (Gene).

  • New Business:
  • Michelle Tetzlaff—VAFB base Thursday afternoon rides, 5:30 & PCC, 20 miles.

  • Bob Goebel—ride insurance, additional coverage (liability), $128/yr. club voted to add the additional insurance coverage for club members on club rides

  • Rider safety- Cutter rider crashed on bull cyn road, use caution, consider road ID (www.roadid.com)
